Air Fryer Banana Bread Loaf Recipe

This moist and tender banana bread loaf is made with ripe bananas and cooked in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 50 minutes
  • Total Time: 1 hour, 5 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius).
  • Combine the mashed bananas and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the baking soda and salt to combine.
  • Combine the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the flour until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into an air fryer-safe loaf pan that has been greased.
  • Cook for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the bread comes out clean, in the air fryer basket.
  • Remove the loaf pan from the air fryer and set aside for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
