This Gluten Free Air Fryer Naan Bread is a delicious and simple way to enjoy your favourite Indian bread. It's a healthier version of the classic naan bread made with gluten-free all-purpose flour and olive oil.

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Whisk together the flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine the Greek yoghurt, egg, olive oil, and water in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix everything together until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into four equal portions and flatten into discs.
  • Cook the naan bread for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through, in the air fryer basket.
  • If desired, brush the naan bread with more olive oil before serving.
