Air Fryer Chocolate Brownies with Sprinkles Recipe

These moist, fudgy air fryer chocolate brownies are loaded with chocolate chips. The sprinkles on top add a festive touch that makes them suitable for any occasion.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp sprinkles
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 eggs

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 20 minutes
• Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the air fryer to 330°F.
• In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
• Whisk together the sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
• Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
• Stir in the chocolate chips.
• Pour the batter into an air fryer pan or baking dish that has been greased.
• Sprinkle the top of the batter with sprinkles.
• Cook for 15-20 minutes in the air fryer, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
• Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving after removing from the air fryer.
