Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Rinse and pat dry the spare ribs with paper towels.
  • Season the spare ribs with salt and pepper after rubbing them with olive oil.
  • Cook the spare ribs in the air fryer basket for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Brush both sides of the spare ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelised.
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes while the spare ribs are cooking.
  • With a fork, pierce the potatoes all over.
  • Season the potatoes with salt and pepper after rubbing them with olive oil.
